Carl B. Sachs is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Marymount University (US). He is the author of Intentionality and the Myths of the Given (Routledge 2015) and has published several articles and invited book chapters on Sellars, C. I. Lewis, Carnap, Nietzsche, and Adorno. He is currently working on a book about how Sellars used cybernetics and behaviorism to construct a conceptual framework for cognitive science. He is also a co-founder and current vice-president of the Wilfrid Sellars Society.
