Jaden Adams (aka Jason Adams) is a Seattle-based media theorist and political theorist, applying critical conceptual frameworks to the understanding of emergent social formations and cultural objects. He has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at Williams College, the top-ranked liberal arts college in the United States, and the Managing Editor of Theory & Event (Johns Hopkins University Press). Adams is the author of Occupy Time: Technoculture, Immediacy, & Resistance After Occupy Wall Street (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014) and has been teaching both undergraduate and graduate students in the arts, media, & social sciences for over one decade, via online, hybrid, and in-person means, alike. He speaks regularly at a range of universities and institutions around the world, which have included those in Bogota, Honolulu, Istanbul, London, Melbourne, New York, and Prague.
