nvk (nick von kleist) (b. 1991) is a drag––artist, poet, producer, and performer––assuming the role(s) necessary for each collaboration and activation. nvk collects these traces and gestures as scores to be rehearsed, reshuffled and ruptured––allowing each process to inform and paint new points of collaboration and collision. nvk has recently shown work with EKKM and CCA Estonia (2022); flatmarkus (Zurich) (2022); Lateral Roma (2021) a collaboration with Lyn Diniz (Mama Lynch); and PS120 (Berlin)(2019). nvk is production manager for IMMATERIAL at Material Art Fair (MX); as well as with Shedhalle (Zurich) and its virtual platform “the SHED”––all with Michelangelo Miccolis. Recent and ongoing collaborations include: OFFSHORE with Cally Spooner; Ingo Niermann’s initiated project the Army of Love, and other performative collaborations with Rafał Pierzyński, Dora García, Mette Edvardsen and Nikima Jagudajev.
