Christopher Daniel is the founder of Polysemic, a systemic design and experience architecture practice; and a member of Exploded View, a collective that considers the human condition in broader perspective. With a background in the architecture of gathering and performance, Chris has 15+ years experience in the creation and evolution of places where people make stories. His approach to placecraft is strategic, systemic and regenerative.
Alongside his work as London organiser for the Long Now Foundation, he is active in a global assembly of custodians of long-term art projects focussed on art and culture for future generations. He currently co-leads the "Architectural Animism" design studio with Eric Guibert in the school of Architecture & Cities at the University of Westminster. He previously established the "Habitat & Building" design research focus at the University for the Creative Arts, Canterbury.
