José Antonio Magalhães is a theorist, researcher and teacher. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at PUC- Rio and holds a PhD in Legal Theory from the same institution. José has courses on educational and research platforms such as Ubu em Curso, Associação de Pesquisas e Práticas em Humanidades, Instituto Norberto Bobbio, and Pinacoteca de São Paulo.
