Peirce and pragmatist philosophy to practical domains and sociological problems. Recent publications include the editing of a handbook section and authoring of a chapter on ‘adversarial abduction’ (Handbook of Abductive Cognition, Springer. 2023), a chapter on disinformation and arms control (2023 Peace Report, Transcript Verlag. 2023), and a chapter on the logic of strategy in Frank Herbert’s classic sci-fi novel, Dune (Dune and Philosophy, Wiley-Blackwell. 2023).
